Appointment Policy
ARK Veterinary Services is a mobile, appointment-based veterinary practice serving pets in the
comfort of their own homes. Appointments are scheduled to allow adequate time for a thorough
examination, discussion of your concerns, and development of an individualized treatment plan.
Because every patient and family has unique needs, appointment lengths may vary. If an unexpected medical situation requires additional time, we appreciate your understanding should your appointment begin slightly later than scheduled. We strive to respect both your time and the needs of every patient.
Prior to booking an appointment, there are forms on the website that are necessary to be filled before the visit. We also require a $50.00 fee deposit that will be applied to pay the bill to secure an appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so that the appointment time may be offered to another family. Depending on the situation, the deposit may be applied.

veterinary specialists to coordinate treatment plans, diagnostic recommendations, and ongoing

When hospitalization, surgery, emergency treatment, or advanced diagnostics are needed, we will recommend the appropriate veterinary facility for your pet's continued care.
